I love to use tuna in water for this kind of recipes, but you can switch it to tuna in oil if you prefer!
Season the salad with olive oil, pepper, and dry parsley or even with mayo or pesto sauce!
Keep it simple but tasty!
My husband and I are moving in one week. Between paperwork, packing, and last minutes problems we lost our normal routine and even the easiest tasks become complicated. Half of our kitchen is already packed so we automatically think about ordering food from outside…not ideal, huh?! So here is another easy and fast salad idea!
- Wash, drain and cut the romaine lettuce, the mushrooms, and the red peppers in small pieces. Put them in a bowl.
- Cut the olives in small pieces and add them to the mix.
- Drain the tuna and add it to your salad. ENJOY!
