The ball may look dry and not form right away when working your mixture. Take your time! You don’t need to add eggs or mascarpone!
These cookies go perfectly with a sweet hot tea! My favorite go-to in this case is sweet saffron rose tea! Or a latte!
When you have some mascarpone left but not the time for making a tiramisú!
Something that surprises me is how much people associate the mascarpone with tiramisú. That’s the only way they know how to use it! While, if you are a real Italian, you tried at least once bread with mascarpone and Nutella. Or mascarpone with honey! There are so many things you can bake with it and these cookies are one of it! The cookies are so soft even without the use of butter. At the same time, you have a much cheese-like taste than the ricotta and cocoa cookies!
- Preheat oven at 350F.
- Put all your ingredient in a big bowl and mix it all together using your hands. Form a big ball.
- Flatten the ball and, with a stamp, shape the cookies.
- Bake them for 15-20 minutes. ENJOY!
