- Raw shrimps 400g
- Baby spinach 100g
- Walnuts 60g
- Cherry tomatoes 150g
- Avocado 1
- Lemon half

When the shrimps cooled down, I usually took out “the vein” on the back. Eating it is not harmful but I just don’t like the idea of eating it knowing that is the digestive tract.
You can add salt and olive oil to your salad! I personally like it more “natural” with just the lemon.

In Italy, avocados are not easy to find. I personally started eating avocado when I moved to Toronto. And I became obsessed with them, even more, when combined with shrimps! A perfect, easy, and fast to make dinner idea. Grab some bread and dinner is served!
Cook the shrimps in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and let them cool down.
While waiting for the shrimps to cook, cut the avocado, cherry tomatoes, walnuts.
- In a bowl mix all your ingredients together. Dress your salad with lemon juice. ENJOY!
